CONFLICT SPORTS CHAMPIONSHIPS 3

These are group classes for adults of all ages. These classes are served according to the age and experience level.  To book these classes you and the coach will schedule dates and times via phone unless there is already an open class available on the schedule. 

This is a monthly program. In this program you have to be self-sufficient in reading workout plans and getting them completed. After completion a coach will work with you on boxing skills and techniques.

This is a monthly program providing a 24hr membership. In this program you have to be self-sufficient in reading workout plans and getting them completed. Depending on the time of day there will not be a coach on site.

This membership is for all age groups. children who do not do well with following a regiment independently and need someone to assist them the whole time. Also, this membership is for those who do not want a monthly membership and just want to renew their membership after every 4 classes.
